Abstrak

Maqolada pedagog-shifokorning kasbiy kompetensiyalarini raqamli savodxonlik, kommunikativ madaniyat hamda klinik-pedagogik mahorat birligi sifatida rivojlantirish masalasi yoritiladi. Tibbiy ta'limda sifat, bemor xavfsizligi va ta'lim oluvchining mustaqil klinik fikrlashini shakllantirish o'qituvchidan nafaqat klinik tajriba, balki raqamli muhitda ishlash, dalillarga asoslangan ta'lim dizayni, samarali feedback va etik muloqot ko'nikmalarini ham talab qiladi. Tadqiqot natijasida uch blokli integrativ model va uni baholash indikatorlari taklif etildi
