Abstract

This article examines the professional competencies of the physician-educator as an integrated system of digital literacy, communicative culture and clinical-pedagogical mastery. In contemporary medical education, teaching quality, patient safety and learners' clinical reasoning require educators who can design evidence-informed learning, use digital tools responsibly, provide constructive feedback and model ethical communication. The study proposes a three-domain integrative competency model with practical indicators for assessment and faculty development
