This article outlines the organizational and methodological foundations of implementing the quest-gamification didactic system in higher pedagogical education. Based on instructional design, a comprehensive four-component model was developed and tested with 148 students. Experimental results showed that the system increased methodical competence in the experimental group by 38.6%, compared to 12.1% in the control group. Structural equation modeling (SEM) confirmed the high predictive impact of the organizational component. A universal methodological model for modernizing teacher education is proposed.##plugins.themes.default.displayStats.downloads##
