The article conceptually analyzes the process of developing the digital competence of future teachers as a management technology aimed at identifying educational needs, diagnosing, solving professional difficulties, and providing support. The study substantiates five key stages of this process: psychological preparation and motivation, theoretical-methodological foundation, practical- technological skills, creative integration, and reflexive analysis. Furthermore, the pedagogical mechanism for digital competence development is compared with the traditional methodical service, highlighting its advantages as a self-organizing, decentralized, and student-centered system, alongside its role within the lifelong learning paradigm.##plugins.themes.default.displayStats.downloads##
