This article examines the theoretical foundations and essential content of applying means and methods in health-improving gymnastics classes. Health-improving gymnastics is analyzed as an important factor in improving the general functional state of the body, increasing motor activity, strengthening the muscular system, and supporting the functioning of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems. The article discusses the selection of physical exercises, regulation of training load, consideration of age and individual characteristics, consistency of classes, and ways to enhance the effectiveness of health-improving impact.
