PEDAGOGICAL ASPECTS OF DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES IN STUDENTS OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

This article analyzes the pedagogical aspects of developing professional qualities in students of vocational education institutions. It is scientifically substantiated that in the conditions of the modern labor market, the demand for a specialist's qualities such as responsibility, initiative, communicativeness, and independent thinking, in addition to professional knowledge, is increasing. Furthermore, the problems encountered in the process of forming professional qualities and pedagogical approaches serving to eliminate them are highlighted.
