CONCEPTUAL MODELS FOR PROMOTING SPORTS ACTIVITY IN HIGHER EDUCATION

This article scientifically analyzes the conceptual foundations for promoting students’ physical activity in higher education institutions. It examines modern models of mass sports and student sports organization, pedagogical and psychological approaches, as well as motivational mechanisms. The study analyzes effective strategies for promoting sports in higher education, integrated approaches to increasing students’ sports activity, and the outcomes of innovative programs.
