This article examines modern approaches to organizing the educational process in higher education institutions. The role of innovative pedagogical technologies, interactive methods, individual approaches, and practice-oriented education in improving educational quality is highlighted. The study analyzes the impact of modern pedagogical approaches on students’ independent thinking, professional competence, and learning effectiveness.
